Just like last week, I really have nothing to write about today. I am just using today's post as a place-holder to make sure I keep a weekly schedule. Back before I had my own computer, but I did have my blog up and running, I would either schedule a post ahead of time or just skip a week. I no longer have that excuse since I have had a computer. So, what did I do on my blogcast last year? I had a weeks long series about my love of comic books, followed by a monthlong series about my favorite RPGs in October. I commented on my favorite clothes and an exercise challenge. I dissected a very famous meme from the Olympics (the BULGE!). I did my annual set of puzzles based on the song titles of some of the biggest hits of the year. [I'm thinking I will have more problems coming up with them this year. Paraphrasing titles might be easy, but the letter-switching and emoji puzzles will be tougher.] I mentioned some new products, many of which haven't debuted yet. I talked about some of my shopping trips and about what happened during them. I tried taking a poll about what my next blog series should be, but no one has yet commented on it. I might be going with the restaurant idea, but the planning suggests quite a few problems. My early estimates suggests it could take sixteen posts to cover them all, which translates to four months of posts. That is way too long to cover one topic, especially since it would mean delaying more topical posts. I might have to double up my weekly posts, either to get through the series faster or have two different threads running simultaneously. Basically, I'm just typing now so that my MacBook's battery can recharge before going on to other things. I know, running it this way is not always the best idea, but at least I can tell long it is taking. After I post this and the accompanying link on Facebook, I will be working out before going back to my usual Wednesday online routine. At least I don't have to spend an hour for work. Speaking of my store, I managed to finish inventory in almost record time, even with interruptions. I finally took home the last of the store decorations yesterday, just barely dodging the rain to do so. I just realized I have to update the store's website to a post-Christmas design. I was supposed to do that yesterday, but I forgot. Oh well. I guess I have more work to do today than I thought. Best to finish up then. See you next week.
